Short Reels
GrindWorks Short Reels will Showcase work from independent filmmakers representing a variety of ethnic backgrounds, experiences, and countries. All of the featured films are connected to the GrindWorks Film Community and are the work of current students & industry professionals. Many of the filmmakers will be available to participate in Q&A sessions with viewers via the film community forum and direct email.
Viewers will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite short film in the showcase. The “People's Choice Award” winner will receive a distribution agreement and be honored via The GrindWorks Film Community. Distribution deals will also be given to select producer's of films, shows and documentaries based on our review committee and number of viewer votes.
